Alongside our accounting services, KC Accountants can introduce clients to brokers for vehicle insurance and asset finance.
Our role is to make the introduction. The broker discusses the products and services available through them and handles any application or arrangements.
Vehicle insurance introductions
If you are looking for vehicle insurance, tell us briefly what you need and we can check whether an introduction is available.
Explain how the vehicle is used, particularly where it is used for work. The broker will confirm whether they can assist, request the relevant information and explain the available cover, terms and exclusions.
Any insurance recommendation or arrangement is handled by the broker.
Asset finance introductions
If you are considering finance for a vehicle or business equipment, we can introduce you to an asset finance broker to explore your requirements.
The broker will discuss the proposed purchase, your circumstances and the options available through their panel or providers. They will explain the application process, costs and relevant terms.
Finance is subject to the lender’s criteria and approval. An introduction does not guarantee acceptance or a particular rate.
How an introduction works

- We confirm whether an appropriate introduction is available.
- We agree what contact information can be passed to the broker.
- The broker contacts you to discuss your enquiry.
- You decide whether to proceed with the broker.
You are under no obligation to take a product following an introduction.
Accounting support alongside finance
We can separately help prepare business accounts or financial information requested for an application. We can also discuss the accounting and tax treatment of a proposed purchase within an agreed engagement.
This accounting work is separate from the broker’s service and any lending decision.
Fees and charges
Before proceeding, ask for confirmation of any introduction, advice, broker or arrangement fees and any commission disclosures relevant to the service.
Any accounting work carried out by KC Accountants will be quoted separately unless included in an existing agreement.
